Xiaomi's popularity in India has waned in recent years, but the company's business style hasn't changed much. In the past few months they have launched different ranges of phones as before. Now Xiaomi has expanded its audio product portfolio by launching the Redmi Buds 5A in the country. And while talking about new earbuds, the company also unveiled the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner S10 and Handheld Garment Streamer at its Smart Living event, which will make customers' lives simpler and smarter.

The Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5A earbuds are priced at Rs 1,499, while the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner S10 and Handheld Garment Steamer items can be purchased at Rs 20,999 and Rs 2,299 respectively. These can be purchased or pre-booked in the early access sale through the company's official website (mi.com) from April 29. They will also be available on Amazon and Flipkart from May 6 onwards.
Notably, Xiaomi, now as a special launch offer, will offer a discount of Rs 1,000 on the purchase of its new robot vacuum cleaner S10 on credit and debit card payments.
Features of Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5A
The Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5A TWS earbuds feature 12mm dynamic drivers with up to 25 decibels (dB) of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), AI ANC or Environmental Noise Cancellation technology. Also includes functions like transparent mode, low-latency gaming mode. In this case, the audio product's charging case houses a 440 mAh battery, and each earbud carries a 34 mAh battery that offers up to 30 hours of battery life – according to the company, it can last around 90 minutes on just a 10-minute charge.
The earbuds are also rated IPX4. There is also Bluetooth 5.4 and Google Fast Pair support. It is compatible with the Xiaomi EarBuds app. Note that the Redmi Buds 5A comes in two color options – Bass Black and Timeless White.
Specifications of Xiaomi Handheld Garment Steamer
The Xiaomi handheld garment steamer gadget comes with a compact and portable design in white color. It has a ceramic sole plate that offers 1300 watts of power. The steamer is featured with a vapor rate of up to 24 grams per minute and can be used in both horizontal and vertical modes. This garment steamer can heat up in about 26 seconds and has a 160ml water tank.
Xiaomi claims this handheld garment steamer is capable of killing up to 99.99% of bacteria and keeps allergens at bay. Moreover, it is safe for all types of fabrics including cotton, polyester, nylon, linen, wool and silk.
Specifications of Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner S10
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner S10 has 4,000 PA turbo suction and comes with a 2-in-1 water-dust container. It also has three water settings, perfect for all types of cleaning. Besides, this vacuum cleaner has navigation options. It supports zigzag and Y-shaped patterns for cleaning. This appliance can be controlled through the Xiaomi Home app.
