Recently, a similar incident happened in Bihar, where a 22-year-old student lost a surprising amount of Tk 96 lakh after getting attracted to online gaming.
A 22-year-old student named Himanshu Mishra recently got addicted to online gaming. And due to his uncontrollable love for online gaming, he got into a debt of 96 lakh rupees.
According to reports, Himanshu is very talented. Because he also secured 98 percent marks in competitive exams like IIT JEE. His family was also very proud of his academic achievements. But his addiction to online gaming was about to ruin his future.
However, Himanshu initially spent only Rs 49 to play. But because of one of his mistakes, this financial disaster came in his life. Himanshu also started stealing money from his family due to his mounting debts and addiction to games. He spends Rs 28,000 from his mother's bank account and Rs 88 lakh from his father's bank account without informing anyone.
He even spends the money allotted for his BTech fees. Also, he first borrows Rs 20,000 from a friend promising to repay double the amount. And later he does not hesitate to steal the money saved for his friend's sister's wedding without telling him. In this way he spends about 96 lakh rupees.
Addiction to this online gaming is destroying not only Himanshu and his family but countless people in various ways. And this is why every parent should warn their children about the dangers of online gaming and supervise them as much as possible.
