Samsung is gearing up to launch a new M-series smartphone It is said to be marketed as the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G. The phone has already appeared on important certification sites like US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) as well as recently Geekbench benchmarking database. And now, the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G has been spotted on the Google Play Console certification site with some specifications.

Samsung Galaxy M55 5G phone with model number SM-C5560 has appeared in Google Play Console database. The certification revealed that the phone will be powered by a processor codenamed SM7450. According to the information, the chipset is composed of four Cairo 770 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and another four Cairo 770 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. The processor is coupled with Adreno 644 GPU for graphics. This core configuration points to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor for the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G. The phone is listed with 8GB of RAM, but more options may come at launch. The same hardware specifications of the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G were also revealed earlier on the Geekbench database.
Also, according to the Google Play Console certification, the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G will have a display resolution of 1,080 x 2400 pixels and the display will offer a screen density of 450 dpi. Apart from these, no additional information has surfaced from the listing. However, FCC certification reveals that it will support 45W fast charging technology.
Recently, well-known tipster Mukul Sharma revealed that the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G is going to be launched in India soon. It will feature Samsung’s signature triple rear camera setup mounted vertically and a flat frame. This new Galaxy M series phone is available in Blue and Black color options.
