The Poco M6 5G was launched in India in December last year. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor and has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired charging support. It is available in three RAM-storage and color options. The smartphone will now be available with an exclusive Airtel prepaid combo, which will offer one-time data. Incidentally, last July, the Poco C51 was launched in the country with an Airtel-exclusive version for Rs 5,999 with 50GB of one-time mobile data.
Airtel prepaid version of Poco M6 5G
The company has confirmed that the Airtel-exclusive version of the Poco M6 5G will be available in India from March 10 for just Rs 8,799. Airtel prepaid customers will get 50 GB mobile data one time if they buy it. But for those who are not using Airtel, there is no reason to despair. Because non-Airtel users can opt for the doorstep SIM delivery option, which will provide them with the same benefits as instant SIM activation.
At the time of launch in December last year, the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model of Poco M6 5G was priced at Tk 10,499, while the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variants were priced at Tk 11,499 respectively. And comes in the market at 13,499 rupees. The phone is available in Galactic Black, Orion Blue and Polaris Green color options.
In terms of specifications, the Poco M6 5G features a 6.74-inch HD+ (1,600 x 720 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate, offers 600 nits peak brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 in-built storage. The handset runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom skin.
On the camera front, the Poco M6 5G’s rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel AI-supported primary camera with an unspecified secondary sensor and an LED flash unit. And there is a 5 megapixel sensor on the front of the phone. For power backup, the phone houses a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging support.
