OnePlus 15 flagship smartphone launched in India on Thursday. This handset is the successor of OnePlus 15. The price of the device starts from Tk 72,999. OnePlus 15 is India’s first Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor-powered phone. It has a 6.78-inch Quad HD Plus display with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz. It comes with a 7300 mAh silicon-carbon battery. A 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit is also available for photography.

OnePlus 15’s 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at Tk 72,999. And the 16 GB RAM + 512 GB onboard storage variant will cost 79,999 taka. However, HDFC Bank card users will get a discount of Rs 4,000.
OnePlus 15 will be available for purchase today at 8 PM IST. The phone will be available from the company’s online store and Amazon. It comes in Infinite Black, Sand Storm and Ultra Violet color options.
OnePlus 15 specifications and features
The dual SIM OnePlus 15 smartphone runs on Android 16 based OxygenOS 16 custom skin. In front of it will be seen a 6.78 inch Quad HD Plus (1272×2772 pixels) amoled display, whose refresh rate is up to 165 Hz, aspect ratio 20:9, maximum brightness of 1,800 nits. For gaming it has Eye Comfort, Motion Cue, Eye Comfort Reminder and Reduce White Point.
For performance, the device uses an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with Adreno 840 GPU. It comes with up to 16 GB lpddr5x ultra+ RAM and up to 512 GB ufs 4.1 internal storage. It comes with various artificial intelligence features like Plus Mind, Google’s Gemini AI, AI Recorder, AI Portrait Glow, AI Scan and AI Playlab.
For photography, the OnePlus 15 smartphone features a triple rear camera setup, powered by the DetailMax image engine. It has a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) sony imx906 primary camera with 24mm focal length, autofocus and 84-degree field of view. There will be a 50-megapixel Samsung jn5 telephoto camera, which will support 3.5x optical zoom and 7x optical quality zoom, and has 80mm focal length, 30 degree field of view and autofocus. The third lens is a 50-megapixel ov50d ultrawide camera.
OnePlus 15 will get a 32-megapixel Sony imx709 selfie camera on the front. The rear cameras of this new OnePlus handset support 8K resolution video. For security, the handset features an in-display ultrasound fingerprint scanner. The phone comes with ip66+ip68+ip69+ip69k rating for dust and water resistance.
For power backup, the OnePlus 15 smartphone is powered by a 7300mAh silicon-carbon battery with 120W SuperVoc fast charging and 50W AirVoc wireless fast charging support. The company claims that its battery goes from 0 percent to full charge in about 39 minutes.
