Two models have been launched under the OnePlus Ace 3 lineup so far, namely the standard OnePlus Ace 3 and the OnePlus Ace 3V. But currently it is heard that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro variant will be added to this series. This is going to be the top-end model of the line. While the company has not released any information about the phone yet, a reliable tipster source has now revealed several specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3 Pro phone. OnePlus Ace 3 Pro: Features (Expected)
Tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) reported that the OnePlus S3 Pro handset will come with a dual-cell battery, with each cell offering a capacity of 2,970 mAh and a combined total capacity of 5,940 mAh. However, DCS has clarified that the typical value of the battery will probably be 6,100 mAh, which could be the marketing number. This will make the OnePlus S3 Pro model the OnePlus phone with the largest battery.
Earlier, DCS said that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will have an OLED display with 1.5K resolution. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is said to be paired with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The tipster also indicated that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro phone will have a 24GB LPDDR5X RAM variant.
While the camera specs are uncertain, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is rumored to sport a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor like the OnePlus Ace 3/12R. Also, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will feature a premium design with a metal frame around the handset and a glass panel at the back. The DCS showcased a different design from existing OnePlus flagship phones.
Note that nothing is known about the launch date of the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro phone. It is also uncertain whether the company will launch the phone globally under the same name or as a rebranded product. However, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is limited to the Chinese market only.
