Tork Motors created a stir by launching the electric motorcycle Kratos R in the Indian market. Their model is a prime example of an electric bike that can match gasoline power. At the beginning of March, Torque announced an attractive discount on this electric motorcycle. Tork Kratos R will be available for Rs 1,49,999 (ex-showroom) throughout this month with a discount of Rs 37,000. Where it was previously priced at Rs 1.87 lakh (ex-showroom), this offer has started today and will be valid till March 31, 2024.
Tork Kratos R – Battery, Range and Performance
The Tork Kratos R features a 4kWh IP67 rated lithium-ion battery and a 9kW axial flux motor that generates 38Nm of torque. The company claims that 180 km range is available from the battery on a full charge. Again, it is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 105 km per hour.
Kratos R has the first charging port, which charges from 20% to 80% in one hour. Based on a split trellis frame, the bike has a conventional telescopic fork and monoshock suspension. There are disc brakes on the front and rear wheels with CBS to handle the braking duties. 17 inch alloy makes this bike smaller. Its weight is 140 kg.

Among the key features, the Tork Kratos R has four riding modes – Eco+, Eco, City and Sport. A unique reverse mode is provided for the convenience of the driver. Other notable features include a digital console with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, USB charging port, anti-theft system, crash alert, ride analytics, guide me home lights, OTA updates and regenerative braking.
