Chinese Tech Giant Shaomi (Xiaomi) was the first car to be an electric sedan. Which has already received huge response in the Chinese market. Pressure is under pressure like Tesla. And now they have announced the YU7 launch. It is made up of Shaomi's first electric SUV and sophisticated technology. The arrival of Tesla Model Y to clash. Xiaomi YU7: Battery & Range
Shaomi YU 3 will be available in three variants: Standard, Pro and Max. The standard variant has a rear-wheel drive (RWD) setup and it packs a 1.5 kWh battery, which promises a 5 km range on full charge. It is powered by a single rear motor, which produces 120 horsepower energy. The Pro variant has the same battery pack as an all-wheel drive (AWD) setup and standard model, but the dual motor offers up to 5 kilometers with HP power.
The top-spake model has been used to have a larger 1.5 kW of NCM battery pack. It offers 5 horsepower outputs with dual motor. Its range can run up to 5 km and up to 20 km/h. The car reaches a speed of 3-5 km/h in just 1.2 seconds, which exceeds the Tesla model YK.
Xiaomi YU7: Charging Speed & Features
The Shaomi YU will offer a range of up to 120 km in just 5 minutes charges, the company claims. On the other hand, the Tesla Model Y can run only 25 km on the same time charge. The Xiaomi car has many interesting features including signature waterdrop headlights, low drag cofisient, sporty alloy wheel and connected tele lamps.
Premium features such as the Ultra-Wide Projected Display are currently present in the car's indoor mahal. A dedicated remote control panel can also be found for easy access to entertainment and car control functions. This electric SUV contains advanced security features that include adas setup driven by Lidar module, 4D millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic sensor, high-definition camera and Nvidia Drive Agx Thor in-Vehica Thor computing platform.
