The popularity of SUVs is now in the middle. Especially the best market compact and mid-size models. Last month’s sales figures also say the same. Tata Punch, one of the most secure four-wheelers in the country, topped the SUV market last month in terms of sales. As of February 2024, the car has sold 18,438 units. Which is 65% higher compared to the same period last year.
Tata Punch is the best selling SUV of February
Maruti Suzuki Brezza occupies the second position in the list. Maruti Suzuki managed to hand over 15,765 Brazer keys to customers last month. Hyundai Creta at number three sold 15,276 units last month. Mahindra Scorpio is number four in the list with sales of 15,051 units. 8,101 units were sold more than the same period last year.
Tata Nexon lags slightly in terms of sales compared to other months. Statistics say 14,395 units were sold in the previous month. That is why it has come down to the fifth place in the list. Maruti’s most popular car Fronx was seen next. 14,168 were sold last month. At number seven is the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. The company sold 11,002 units of the car last month. Whereas the previous year at the same time the sales figure was 9,183 units.
At number eight is the Kia Sonet. In the previous month it had placed in the garages of 9,102 customers. And finally, Hyundai Venue and Hyundai Exter occupy the ninth and tenth places respectively. In February 2024, the sales of the two cars were 8,933 units and 7,582 units respectively.
