Suzuki has updated each of their budget motorcycles in India this week. The company has relaunched every model in the Gixxer series, including the V-Strom SX, with OBD-2B compliant engines as mandated by the central government like BS6 norms. 2025 Gixxer SF 250 launched in India
The new Gixxer SF 250 will cost Rs 2,000 more than the previous model. Prices now start at Rs 2.07 lakh (ex-showroom). Apart from the new engine, this sports bike from Suzuki will be available in new color options. The new colors are, Metallic Matte Black No.2, Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White and Metallic Matte Black No.2/Metallic Matte Bordeaux Red.
249.9 cc oil cooled engine is used in this motorcycle for high-performance. It is capable of producing a maximum of 26 horsepower at 9,300 rpm and a maximum torque of 22.2 Nm at 7,300 rpm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
In terms of features too, the new Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 does not disappoint. While lacking huge hi-fi features, the bike has smartphone connectivity, LED headlights and taillights and dual-channel ABS and digital instrument cluster. Suzuki has already started bookings for the motorcycle and deliveries will begin soon.
