Sony Xperia Ace 2 has been announced with MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, 13-Megapixel dual-camera setup, and 4,500mAh Battery in Japan. It is the successor of the Sony Xperia Ace which was launched back in 2019. Sony Xperia Ace 2 runs on Android 11 out of the box and comes in three color variants – Black, Blue, and White.

Sony Xperia Ace 2 features a 5.5-inches IPS LCD HD+ (720×1,496 pixels) display with a waterdrop notch design. Under the hood, the Xperia Ace 2 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and coupled with 4GB of RAM + 64GB of storage. There is also a microSD card slot for the expansion of storage up to 1TB. Coming to the camera, The smartphone is equipped with a dual rear camera setup that houses a 13-Megapixel (primary) camera + 2-Megapixel (depth) sensor. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Xperia Ace 2 is fueled by a 4,500mAh battery and also supports an IPX8 water resistance rating. For connectivity, The smartphone has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, 4G, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. Sony Xperia Ace 2 comes in a solo variant of 4GB + 64GB storage that is priced at JPY 22,000 (around Rs. 14,800). It is currently up for pre-orders in Japan. There is noo information about the international availability of the device yet.
