Realme 8 5G design has been revealed through a teaser video shared by Realme Thailand on Instagram. The Instagram post also confirmed that the Realme 8 5G series is going to launch on April 21 in Thailand and the series is rumoured to launch on April 22 in India.

As per the teaser video, this time Realme has removed the Dare to Leap logo from the rear panel of the smartphone but included realme branding at the bottom. The camera module looks the same but the pattern on the back panel is slightly different compared to the 4G variant.
A well-known tipster named Mukul Sharma shared the Geekbench listing of the Realme 8 5G variant which revealed some of its key specifications. As per the listing, The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset and may couple with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone is managed to score 570 points in the single-core test and 1766 points on the multi-core test.
Recently, Realme 8 5G also spotted on FCC listing which confirmed that the device measures 162.5x 74.8×8.5mm thickness and weigh around 185 grams. For Connectivity, the smartphone includes the support of 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, and 5G support. The Realme 8 5G series may debut in India on April 22.
