Various companies are coming up with attractive discounts on their vehicles throughout the month of March. Walking on that path, now Suzuki India (Suzuki India) has announced an offer on one of their most popular sports bikes, the Gixxer SF250. According to the company, a maximum discount of Rs 58,000 will be available on exchange with a motorcycle equipped with an engine of 155 cc or more. Along with this, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 is being offered on the on-road price. In other words, a total of 78,000 rupees is being saved. This offer will last till March 31.

The combination of performance and practicality has made Gixxer SF250 quite popular among the respective segments. It features a 249 cc, single cylinder, air cooled engine. The bike has a reputation for high mileage.
Meanwhile, Suzuki has recently identified certain models of the Gixxer SF250, Gixxer 250 and V-Strom SX due to a faulty engine camshaft and called for recall. All three bikes have the same motor. Their engines were producing excessive heat due to heat treatment problems during production. There were complaints of sudden stops and unusual noises while driving.
These bikes have been recalled in the global market. This does not mean that Suzuki bikes are the only ones with problems. Rather, this incident demonstrates the company’s vigilance against the threat of confusion in models produced at certain times. However, sales of the Suzuki Gixxer SF250 are expected to increase with the launch of discounts. Its competitors in the market are – Yamaha R15 and Bajaj Pulsar N250.
