Nothing’s first budget-friendly phone has been speculated for a long time. Named Nothing Phone (2a). It is going to be officially launched on March 5. Before that, however, the design has now been officially revealed by the brand. A short video shared by Nothing on social media shows the upcoming smartphone in a white color option. Nothing from their official X (formerly Twitter) handle video shared a teaser, which showed that the Nothing Phone (2A) will feature the company’s signature GLYPH LED lights on the rear panel, but the arrangement of these lights appears to be different compared to the existing Nothing Phone (1) and Phone (2). The video also revealed that the device will have a circular camera module with a dual-rear camera setup.
Also, the Nothing Phone (2A) will feature transparent design language similar to the Nothing Phone (1) and the latest Phone (2). The upcoming mid-range handset will have three modules of Glyph Light surrounding the circular camera module. Two of these modules are arranged in a circular arc-like design. The design of the Nothing Phone (2A) released by the company seems to be similar to the renders leaked last week.
As confirmed by the company, the phone will use MediaTek Dimension 7200 Pro processor. The smartphone is going to be launched in different countries of the world including India on March 5. Hopefully, the company will reveal more information about the handset before the launch.
According to recent reports, the Nothing Phone (2a) will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution. The smartphone is likely to feature a dual-rear camera setup, which may include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera alongside a 50-megapixel Samsung sensor. The handset is also said to offer a 32-megapixel selfie camera. And for power backup, the Nothing Phone (2a) is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery and support 45W fast charging.
