Nissan’s best selling model in India has touched a new milestone. Nissan has announced that the production of Magnite, one of the best sub compact SUVs in the country, has crossed one lakh. The 1 lakhth unit rolled out of the company’s factory in Chennai. The model was a flare garnet red single tone model. Nissan Magnite has achieved this success within two and a half years of its launch in the country, the company said.

To commemorate this moment of success, Nissan has announced the launch of Magnite Geza Special Edition. The special edition car is inspired by Japanese theater and musical themes. The car has been updated in its features along with the latest infotainment system.
Earlier this year, the Nissan Magnite received an update to BS6 Phase 2 emission norms. Then some additions were also noticed in the safety features of the car. The car has earned a four-star passenger safety rating from Global Encaps. After the launch, the car won the ‘2023 Iconic Brand of the Year’ title. It also received the title of ‘Compact SUV of 2021’.
The Nissan Magnite is sold in the international market as well as in India. Exports to 18 countries. It has recently been launched in the markets of Seychelles, Bangladesh, Uganda and Brunei. Nissan exports cars from its Chennai factory to a total of 108 countries including New Zealand, Australia, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, South East Asia, SAARC, Sub Saharan and Africa region.
