Moto G100 spotted with Snapdragon 870 SoC on Geekbench

Moto G100 spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 870 Chipset and 8GB RAM. It is believed that the smartphone could be the rebadged version of the Motorola Edge S which was launched last month in China. Moto G100 will run on Android 11 out of the box.


Moto G100 spotted – Geekbench Listing



Motorola is ready to launch its most affordable flagship Moto Edge S smartphone in the Global market soon. Recently, A well-known tipster named @yabhishekhd shared the Geekbench listing of the Moto G100 which is believed to be the moniker of the recently launched Moto Edge S. As per the Geekbench listing, The smartphone is managed to score 957 points on the single-core test and 2815 points on the multi-core test. Further, The listing also revealed some of its key specifications. Moto G100 will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and may run on Android 11 out of the box.


Take a look at the specs of Moto Edge S, The smartphone features a 6.7-inches 21:9 Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, It is powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC that is coupled with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and comes in UFS 3.1 storage options – 128 GB and 256 GB. In terms of optics, The smartphone is equipped with a quad rear camera setup that houses a 64-megapixel (primary) + 16-Megapixel (Ultrawide) + 2-Megapixel (macro) + TOF lens. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel primary selfie camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter. Moto Edge S packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 20W fast charging support.


However, The Lenovo-owned company has not made any official statement on the Moto G100 yet.
