Maruti Suzuki has always been on the first place in the choice list of customers due to readily available parts and largest number of dealerships. This time the Indo-Japanese company opened their 4500th service touch point in Hyderabad. The new service point was launched at the Nexa showroom in Rampally, Nizam’s town. According to a recently published source, Maruti has launched a total of 310 service touchpoints in the last financial year 2022-23. Through these services more than 2 crore vehicles have been serviced within a year.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is constantly working to provide a pleasant experience to its customers. They aim to launch more new service touchpoints across the country in the coming days. In this context, Maruti’s Senior Executive Officer, Service Department, Partha Banerjee said, “First of all, we would like to thank our dealer associates and colleagues for reaching this impossible milestone.
He added, the importance we place on our customers is reflected through more than 4500 service touchpoints in 2271 cities across the country. Through these service touchpoints, Maruti Suzuki is determined to provide customers with improved and faster service at a lower cost.”
Most of the 310 new touchpoints launched by Maruti Suzuki in the last financial year to provide services have been designed with the people of Mofswal in mind. They have also recently introduced night service in certain workshops along with seven days a week service. Besides, there are door step service facility, service on wheels, Maruti mobile support and quick response team.
Incidentally, Maruti Suzuki’s most talked about off-road SUV five-door Jimny has been officially launched after a long wait. The on-road price has gone from Tk 13.69 lakh to Tk 15.05 lakh. The 1.5 liter K15B petrol engine provides all the power for the car. Its power and torque outputs are 105 HP and 134 Nm respectively.
Gear box options include four-speed torque converter automatic and five-speed manual. Starting from four wheel drive technology, electronic traction control system, hill hold assist, six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear view camera are available. Moreover, the cabin has a 9-inch touch screen infotainment system, which supports Android Auto and Apple Car Play. The Maruti Suzuki Jimny is available in the Indian market in multiple dual tone color options in addition to single tone colors.
