LG K92 5G with Snapdragon 690 and Quad Rear Camera launched: Price, Specifications

LG K92 5G silently announced by the company in the US. The smartphone debuted as one of the cheapest 5G phones in the US currently. The company bundled a budget 5G chipset from Snapdragon, a punch-hole display design, a 64MP quad rear camera setup, and a rare quad-LED flash at the back.

LG K92 5G features a 6.7 inches IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution along with a punch-hole cutout at the top-center of the display. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 690 chipset coupled with Adreno 619L GPU. It is accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be extended by a micro SD card slot. The device is running on Android 10 with LG UX on the top.

In terms of Camera, the smartphone boasts a quad rear camera that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultrawide angle lens with 115-degree FoV (Field of View), a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. The rear camera is assisted by a quad-LED flash on the right side of the camera module. For selfies, the phone has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole.

LG K92 5G comes equipped with a 4000mah battery and supports Qualcomm quick charge 4 technology. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port. The K92 5G also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. In terms of dimensions, the device measures 166.37 x 86.36 x 8.38mm and weighs 202 grams.

LG K92 5G comes in a single configuration of 6GB RAM + 128GB storage that is priced at $359 ( Rs. 26,700 approx ) and offers a sole Titan Gray color option. The smartphone will be available to purchase from November 6 in the US. The company hasn’t revealed when the smartphone will hit other markets.
