Mahindra launched the BE 6 electric SUV in November last year. The car came in three variants – Pack One, Pack Two and Pack Three. The starting price of the base model started at Rs 18.9 lakh (ex-showroom). And today the company has announced the price of Pack Three trim with 79 kWh battery. This most advanced variant of the car will cost Rs 26.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
Mahindra BE 6 Pack 3 variant price revealed
The base model of the BE 6 has a 59 kWh battery. The most powerful battery is available in the Pack Three variant. It is capable of running 682 km on a full charge. The vehicle is powered by dual electric motors. Its power is 277 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. Mahindra claims that the BE6 can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 6.7 seconds.
The company is offering 11.2 kW or 7.3 kW AC charger with this electric SUV. The first takes 8 hours to charge the 79 kWh battery from 0-100%, while it takes 11.7 hours using the 7.3 kWh charger. Again a 175 kW DC fast charger can charge the battery from 20-80% in just 20 minutes.
Special features of Mahindra BE 6 include dual 10.25-inch digital displays (for driver display and infotainment), multi-zone AC, wireless phone charger, ambient lighting pattern, panoramic sunroof, augmented reality based head-up display, etc.
In terms of safety, the car will get seven airbags, electronic parking brake, park assist, 360 degree camera and various features under the level two ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) suite. The car has eight color options – Everest White, Firestorm Orange, Stealth Black, Tango Red, Deep Forest, Desert Mist, Desert Mist Satin and Everest White Satin.
