Honda CB190TR bike patent file in India
Honda is already selling CB190TR bike with 184 cc engine in the international market. However, the company has just filed a patent for the bike in India. It has not been revealed when it might launch or what features it will have. In the two-wheeler market, the buzz bike is coming to challenge the Hunter.
Incidentally, the company recently launched two new bikes in the BigWing lineup – CBR650 and CB650R. This time the company is going to focus on small CC bikes. Honda's CB series has always been popular in the country. Honda has multiple bikes in this series. Speculations are rife as to what features the new model could unveil.
What is known about the possible features of the Honda CB190TR bike is that it might have a retro design as well as an LCD dashboard, which will provide all the important information related to the bike. Powering the bike is a 184 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which is capable of producing 16 horsepower and 16.2 Nm of peak torque.
Keeping in mind the growing demand for neo-retro bikes, Honda is likely to bring the CB190TR to the Indian market. Many expect it to be priced around Rs 2 lakh at launch, which could make it a rival to the Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
