
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series have been launched in India. The Galaxy Watch 4 series includes two smartwatches – Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. Both the smartwatches are already made their debut at the Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event earlier this month. The Galaxy Watch 4 series run on One UI Watch 3, based on the new Wear OS.
The Galaxy Watch 4 (40mm) comes in Black, Pink Gold, and Silver colours, while Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (44mm) will come in Black, Green, and Silver colours. On the other hand, The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will be debut in Black and Silver colour options in the country.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series Specifications

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 sports an aluminium build and have 40mm and 44mm dial size variants. On the other hand, the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic comes in a stainless steel body with 42mm and 46mm dial sizes. The smartwatches run on Samsung Exynos W920 SoC and are coupled with 1.5GB RAM + 16GB of onboard storage.
In terms of display, the Galaxy Watch 4 (40mm) and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (42mm) both have 1.2-inches AMOLED displays with a 396×396 pixels resolution while the Galaxy Watch 4 (44mm) and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (46mm) features 1.4-inches AMOLED displays with 450×450 pixels resolution. Interestingly, All the smartwatches sizes have Gorilla Glass DX protection. In terms of sensors, Both Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic includes the support of heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) tracking, sleep analysis and electrocardiogram (ECG) support.
The Galaxy Watch 4 (40mm) and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (42mm) are fueled by 247mAh batteries, whereas the Galaxy Watch 4 (44mm) and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (46mm) are backed by 361mAh batteries. Additional feature includes fall detection, analysis of menstrual cycles, water-resistant IP68-certified build. For connectivity, The wearables have 4G LTE (optional), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, GPS/ Glonass/ Beidou/ Galileo, and NFC support. All the smartwatches are compatible with at least 1.5GB of RAM and an Android 6.0 running device.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (Bluetooth-only version) carries a price tag of Rs. 23,999 for the 40mm dial size, and Rs. 26,999 for the 44mm model. On the other hand, The LTE model is priced at Rs. 28,999 for the 40mm model and Rs. 31,999 for the 44mm variant.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (Bluetooth-only model) costs Rs. 31,999 for the 42mm model and Rs. 34,999 for the 46mm variant. The LTE model carries a price tag Rs.36,999 for the 42mm variant and Rs. 39,999 for the 46mm model.
Interested Buyers will be able to purchase these smartwatches from September 10 via Samsung.com, leading Commerce platforms and offline stores.
