The ZTE Axon 60 Ultra flagship smartphone made its market debut last month. And now, the brand has launched two new ZTE Axon 60 series devices in Mexico. These include the ZTE Axon 60 and ZTE Axon 60 Lite. Both are affordable phones, which offer similar designs and some similar specifications. ZTE Axon 60 and ZTE Axon 60 Lite: Specifications and Features
Both the ZTE Axon 60 and ZTE Axon 60 Lite handsets have an iPhone-like design, with a square camera island on the back, which includes three sensors. The phones have flat frames and a red accent on the power button. Both phones are expected to have a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
Additionally, the standard and lite models of the ZTE Axon 60 series will feature a centered punch-hole cutout on the front, which works similar to the Dynamic Island feature on Apple's latest iPhone models. The feature called ZTE Live Island displays many things including notifications, reminders. The Axon 60 phone has a 6.72-inch FullHD+ display, while the Lite model has a 6.6-inch screen with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
For photography, both the ZTE Axon 60 phones will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor. The standard model will feature a 2-megapixel macro sensor and an additional fixed depth lens. On the other hand, the Axon 60 Lite model has a 2-megapixel depth lens and an AI unit. And the standard and lite variants will have 32-megapixel and 8-megapixel selfie cameras on the front respectively.
In terms of performance, the ZTE Axon 60 and ZTE 60 Lite phones will run on Unisoc T616 and Unisoc T606 processors respectively. The standard model has 6GB of RAM, while the Lite model is offered in a 4GB option with support for virtual RAM. Both the devices will get 256GB of storage. In terms of power backup, the latest ZTE Axon 60 series phones have a powerful 5,000mAh battery unit with 22.5W charging support. However, they run on the older Android 13 operating system.
ZTE Axon 60 and ZTE Axon 60 Lite: Price and Availability
The ZTE Axon 60 and ZTE Axon 60 Lite are available in Golden, Purple, Black and Blue color options. In the Mexican market, the price of the standard ZTE Axon 60 phone starts at 3,699 Mexican pesos (roughly Rs. 18,250), while the Lite model is priced at 2,999 Mexican pesos (roughly Rs. 14,800). However, it is not yet known whether these two phones will come to the Indian market.
