Oppo A78 4G is coming to the global market this week
Tipster Pars Googlani said in a tweet that Oppo A78 4G will be launched in the global market on July 7. The device will be available in two color options – Misty Black and Aqua Green. Let’s see what information has come out about the specifications and features of this phone so far.

The Oppo A78 4G is expected to feature a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. However, its storage can be expanded up to 1 TB via microSD card. Also, the A78 4G is also said to support up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
In terms of cameras, the Oppo A78 4G will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor and a 2-megapixel bokeh lens. Various camera modes like Oppo’s exclusive 108-megapixel ultra-clear image mode, dual-view video mode and bokeh flare portrait mode will also be available. For power backup, the Oppo A78 4G is said to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC (SuperVOOC) fast charging support. It is expected that with this charging speed, the battery can be charged up to 76% in just 30 minutes of charging. Other expected features of the A78 4G include an in-display fingerprint scanner and dual speaker setup. The phone will run Android 13 based on Oppo’s ColorOS 13.1 (ColorOS 13.1) user interface.
