Samsung Galaxy S25 series was launched yesterday in global markets including India, putting an end to all speculations. The lineup comes with three models namely Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. From hardware to software, this flagship smartphone series has been upgraded in every respect. Besides, Galaxy AI has also added new features.
More Indian language support in Samsung Galaxy AI
One of the new upgrades to Galaxy AI is the addition of support for new Indian languages to make communication with the AI assistant more comprehensible to people in India. At the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, the company's vice president (product marketing) Aditya Babbar announced that Galaxy AI will now support Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
It should be noted that Galaxy AI was launched with the Galaxy S24 series in January last year. It was available in a total of 20 languages including English and Hindi by the end of 2024. Since India is a large country where people speak different languages, the company's new initiative will help users interact with Galaxy AI in their preferred language.
Also, it is going to be of great benefit to those who do not know Hindi or English. Apart from the S25 series, the feature is expected to ship as a software update or language pack to various devices that support Galaxy AI.
