Vivo is going to launch their latest smartphone series V29 in the global market very soon. A total of three devices are said to come under this upcoming lineup, namely – Vivo V29, Vivo V29 Pro, and Vivo V29 Lite. Of which, the vanilla model i.e. Vivo V29 has already been spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench and Bluetooth SIG’s website. And now, the same device has also been cleared by the IMDA certification site, indicating the imminent launch of the Vivo V29 5G smartphone.

Vivo V29 5G smartphone has been listed on IMDA certification website in Halfil. The device is said to come with the V2250 model number. Also, according to the listing on the certification site, the phone will support wireless connectivity options like WLAN, NFC and Bluetooth. It is also confirmed that the said 5G smartphone will be launched in Singapore first. Also no additional details were mentioned on the IMDA certification site.
Incidentally, as we mentioned earlier, the upcoming Vivo V29 5G smartphone was recently spotted on Geekbench. In this case, the listing of this benchmarking site has confirmed that the Vivo branded device will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor. And it will come pre-loaded with 8GB RAM and the latest Android 13 operating system.

The Vivo V29 Pro smartphone is confirmed to feature a 6.7-inch OLED curved-edge display. This display – will offer Full HD Plus resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. Again for performance the device will come with MediaTek Dimension 8200 chipset. It is expected to get 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. For power backup, it has a 5,000mAh capacity battery, which will support 66W fast charging.
For photography and videography, the upcoming Vivo V29 Pro 5G phone will feature a 64-megapixel primary sensor rear camera setup with optical image stabilization (OIS) support. A high-resolution 50-megapixel front-facing camera can be seen in front of the device. It is also confirmed that this phone will run Android 13 based FunTouch OS 13 custom skin.
