Tecno is gearing up to launch its next generation of foldable smartphones in the market, including the book-style Tecno Phantom V2 Fold 5G. The device has now been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform.
Tecno is currently planning to add two new handsets to its foldable smartphone lineup called Tecno Phantom V2 Fold 5G and Tecno Phantom V2 Flip 5G. And now a report has revealed that the upcoming Tecno Phantom V2 Fold 5G has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform. Let's find out what information came out of this certification.
Tecno Phantom V2 Fold 5G gets Bluetooth SIG certification
The Tecno Phantom V2 Fold 5G is listed in the Bluetooth Special Interest Group database with the model number AE10. According to the listing, it will support Bluetooth 5.3 version and its software version is AE10-HB33A-U-BASED-240220V1240. Other than these details, nothing else is known about the upcoming Tecno Phantom V2 Fold 5G from the Bluetooth SIG. But it is expected to be an overall improvement over its predecessor, the Tecno Phantom V Fold Phone.
Notably, the Tecno Phantom V Fold 5G was launched last year and is powered by the MediaTek Dimension 9000 Plus processor. It has a 6.42-inch covered LTPO AMOLED display, which supports FullHD+ resolution and 10-120 Hz refresh rate. The device's primary folding display is a 7.65-inch LTPO AMOLED screen, which offers 2K resolution and a 10-120Hz refresh rate.
For photography, the Tecno Phantom V Fold handset has a triple-rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel portrait telephoto camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. A 32-megapixel camera is located on the cover display of the phone and a 16-megapixel camera is located on the folding display. For power backup, Tecno Phantom V Fold comes with a large 5,000mAh battery, which supports 45W fast charging. It is expected that the Tecno Phantom V2 Fold will be spotted on other certification websites before the launch and the rest of its features will also be known.
