The well-known London-based smartphone brand, Nothing is gearing up to launch its budget-friendly Nothing Phone (2a) handset in the global market on March 5. Rumored to be priced around Rs 25,000 in India, it will be the most affordable smartphone from the company. Earlier this week, renders of the Phone (2a) leaked onto the internet, revealing the design. And now, some official looking renders have surfaced, showcasing the upcoming Nothing phone in white and black colors. This gives a clear idea of how the design of both the color variants can look like.
The render of Nothing Phone (2a) has arrived
According to the leaked renders, the Nothing Phone (2A) will have a flat display with a punch-hole design and rounded corners on the front. And the back of the phone will feature a horizontal dual-camera system and an LED flash. The spherical camera island will be surrounded by three glyph LED lights. A circular coil can be seen on the predecessor Nothing Phone (1) and Nothing Phone (2), indicating that the devices have wireless charging support. However, its absence on the Nothing Phone (2A) indicates that it may not support wireless charging technology. The volume button and power button can be seen on the right edge of the phone These buttons are black in white model.
So far, the company has officially confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2A) will be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 7200 Pro chipset, coupled with 12GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM. The device will feature a 6.7-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and will come with a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
For photography, the Nothing Phone (2a) may have a 50-megapixel dual camera system on the rear panel. And in front of the phone will probably be a 32 megapixel front camera. Apart from this, Nothing OS 2.5.2 based on Android 14 will come with custom skin and in-screen fingerprint sensor.
