Xiaomi is currently said to be gearing up to launch the next-generation number series smartphone of its popular sub-brand Redmi, the Redmi 13. The phone was already spotted on the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website. And now, the Redmi 13 has appeared in certification databases like IMDA and EEC, indicating the phone’s imminent launch.

Redmi 13 got approval from multiple certification sites

The upcoming Redmi 13 handset with model number 2404ARN45A has appeared in the databases of Infocomm Media Development Authority and European Economic Community. It is believed to be the Latin American version of the phone. But apart from the model number, these listings did not reveal anything else about the upcoming handset.

Redmi 13 was recently approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authorities. The certification listing reveals that the phone will have a 5,000 mAh (correct capacity 4,930 mAh) battery and will come with 33W fast charging support. Based on Android 14, the smartphone will run HyperOS 1.0 custom skin. It is also said to support Bluetooth 5.3 version.

Recently, an online report claimed that the Redmi 13 phone will feature the MediaTek Helio G88 processor. It is also rumored that it will be codenamed ‘Moon’ and will be launched in the Indian market as well. However, the Redmi 13 may debut as the Poco M6 in some countries around the world, including India. The company is yet to announce the launch date of the Redmi 13. However, it is expected to hit the market in the next few weeks.
