Poco X6 Neo made its global debut today, March 13, including in India. It comes as the third model in the Poco X6 series. It is the most affordable handset in the lineup, starting at just Rs 19,999 in the country. The Poco X6 Neo features – FHD+ AMOLED display, 108-megapixel dual rear camera unit, single bottom-firing speaker system, 5,000mAh battery and side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Incidentally, this handset was launched in China in November last year with the name Redmi Note 13R Pro.
Poco X6 Neo Smartphone Price and Availability in India
The Poco X6 Neo smartphone is available in two memory configurations. Of which the base variant with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage has been priced at Tk 19,999. And the higher 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage option is available for Rs 21,999. It can be purchased from e-commerce platform Flipkart – in Astral Black, Horizon Blue and Martian Orange color options.
Let us inform you that the early access sale for the phone will be made live from 7 pm today. Whereas buyers will get a flat Rs 1,000 discount on the charged price if they pay through an ICICI Bank credit card. Again the first five buyers will get a Hero bike worth one and a half lakh taka.
Poco X6 Neo smartphone specifications
First let’s talk about the design. This new smartphone from Poco brand comes with flat frame design and vertically positioned rectangular rear camera module. The device is IP54 rated for splash resistance. The phone is 7.69 mm thick and weighs 175 grams.
The Poco X6 Neo smartphone features a 6.67-inch Full HD Plus (2400×1080 pixels) AMOLED display surrounded by narrow bezels and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The touchpanel design is punch-hole (centered) style and supports – 394 ppi pixel density, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1920 Hz PWM dimming, 2160 Hz instant touch sampling rate and 1000 nits peak brightness. It uses MediaTek Dimension 6080 processor to provide good performance. Storage will get up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 ROM. The phone runs on MIUI 14 custom skin based on Android 13. The company has promised 2 major Android updates and 4 years of security patch updates with this new handset
The dual camera unit is present on the back panel of the Poco X6 Neo smartphone. The cameras are – 108-megapixel primary sensor with 3x in-sensor zoom and 2-megapixel depth sensor. Meanwhile, a 16-megapixel selfie shooter is noticeable on the front of the device. Furthermore, the phone offers a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as a security feature and a single bottom-firing speaker system to deliver excellent sound quality. Connectivity options include – dual SIM slots, 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR blaster. However, it lacks a microSD card slot. Finally, the new Poco-branded phone packs a 5,000mAh capacity battery, which supports 33W wired charging.
