The Oppo Reno 14F 5G Star Wars Edition is set to launch in Mexico in mid-November. It is going to be a special version of Oppo Reno 14F 5G launched in June. The new version is expected to feature a sleeker design, new collector box, Star Wars themed SIM ejector tool and Death Star phone stand. The Reno 14F 5G Star Wars Edition model will have the same rear camera module as the original device. 6.57 inch OLED display and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip will be available.
Oppo Reno 14F 5G Star Wars Edition launch date confirmed
It is reported that this limited edition of Oppo Reno 14F 5G will be launched in Mexico on November 15. A dedicated microsite for the phone has already gone live on the company’s Mexico website.
The microsite shows the device in black color with Darth Vader’s image on the back panel. Inside the box, the Darth Vader SIM Ejector Tool can be found. Also, the Oppo Reno 14F 5G Star Wars Edition model is said to come with an “Exclusive Limited Edition Collector’s Box”.
Oppo Reno 14F 5G Price and Features
As mentioned earlier, the new smartphone will be a limited edition of the Oppo Reno 14F 5G launched in June. At the time of launch, the price of the 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant has been kept at around Tk 41,800. However, the Star Wars Edition may launch in Mexico at a higher price.
The base model has a 6.57-inch Full HD Plus (1080×2372 pixels) OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. It has Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The handset is powered by a 6000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. For dust and water resistance, it features IP66+IP68+IP69 ratings.
For photography, the Oppo Reno 14F 5G model features a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera. The other cameras are an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. A 32-megapixel selfie camera will be available at the front.
