Hot on the heels of the arrival of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro in India, the latest model of the Edge 50 series, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, is set to hit the global market tomorrow. It is also rumored that the next flip-fold model of the company’s Razr series may be launched under the name Razr Plus 2024. Nothing is known about the smartphone in the upcoming Razr lineup yet However, Moto Razr Plus 2024 has now appeared on China’s Radio Certification platform and revealed several important information.
Moto Razr Plus 2024 appears on Chinese radio certification site
A new Motorola smartphone with model number XT2453-2 has received approval from China’s Radio Certification Platform. It has not revealed any information about the phone’s name or specifications. However, an earlier report mentioned that the US version of the Motorola Razr model will have the model number XT-2453-3.
Notably, the model number of the device listed in the radio certification is similar to the model number mentioned in the report, hence speculation that it could be the Moto Razr Plus 2024. Also, the presence of XT2453-2 there suggests that the smartphone might be launched soon.
Besides, the same report also revealed renders of Motorola’s foldable phone. Overall, it doesn’t see much change in design. Half of the back panel covers the display, and the right side features two camera rings, similar to previous Razr models. And on the front, there’s a tall foldable display with a punch-hole camera for selfies. Now to see when the company announces the launch of the phone.
