OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus Ace 6 smartphone alongside the OnePlus 15 phone in its home market China next week. Possible specifications of OnePlus Ace 6 revealed
According to the latest Weibo (Chinese microblogging site) post, the OnePlus Ace 6 handset will feature a 6.83-inch LTPS display with 1.5K+ resolution and Dolby Vision support. The screen is said to offer a 165Hz refresh rate. The post also mentions “Pro XDR Ultra-Dynamic Display” support with HDR Vivid and HDR10+ certification. Talking about HDR, the phone will offer up to 1,800 nits of brightness at its peak and will have 2,160Hz PWM dimming.
For performance, the OnePlus Ace 6 model will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Also, it is known that this phone will support Fengchi Gaming Core 2.0 (Fengchi Gaming Core 2.0). It is a chip-level gaming technology developed by OnePlus, which optimizes the Android kernel for smoother gameplay, less frame drops and fewer hits to improve mobile gaming performance.
In terms of cameras, the rear camera setup of the OnePlus Ace 6 smartphone may include a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. And for power backup, there will be a 7,800 mAh battery, which is said to retain at least 80 percent health even after 2,000 charge cycles. It can support 120 watt charging.
Other notable features of OnePlus Ace 6 will include ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, IP65 water and dust resistant rating, super linear dual speakers, bionic vibration motor, infrared remote and new cooling system to handle all the performance. OnePlus Ace 6 is said to come in color options like Silver, White and Black. It will be available with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage.
