OnePlus launched the OnePlus Ace 2V smartphone under its Ace series in March last year. Almost a year after its launch, speculations have started about its successor model. Currently, the Chinese company is planning to add the mid-range OnePlus Ace 3V model to its smartphone lineup. And now some interesting features and upgrades of this upcoming device have been leaked on social media. Additionally, the schematic of the OnePlus Ace 3V has also surfaced, giving a glimpse of its design. Let’s see what is known about this new OnePlus phone.
OnePlus Ace 3V design and specifications leaked
A tipster’s post on Chinese microblogging website, Weibo, has revealed that the OnePlus S3V will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 processor. It is said that OnePlus is going to be the first smartphone powered by that chipset. Along with the powerful processor, the device is said to sport a 1.5K resolution AMOLED display, which will offer a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.
Aside from the processor and display, the most interesting change to the OnePlus S3V might be its new design. The tipster on Weibo also revealed the schematic of the phone, which reveals an all-new design. The next model in the S lineup will see a vertical camera alignment design instead of the conventional design.
The schematic shows that the OnePlus Ace 3V will have a dual-rear camera setup and a circular LED flash on the back panel. It should look a lot like the recently launched Meizu 21 Pro with its flat edges. The Ace 3V will house the volume and power buttons on the right side of the frame and the brand’s signature alert slider on the left side. The display is expected to have extremely slim bezels and a punch-hole cutout for the front camera.
