A new addition to the Xiaomi 14 lineup, the Xiaomi 14 Civi smartphone is set to launch in India tomorrow (June 12). The phone will actually be a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro launched in China and will feature a Leica-branded camera, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and a 10-bit AMOLED display. Xiaomi has officially revealed the specifications of the phone, but the price remains unknown as of now. A day before the launch, the price of the Xiaomi 14 Civi phone has now been revealed courtesy of a tipster. Let's take a look at it.
Xiaomi 14 Civi Phone Price Leaked
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Xiaomi 14 CV phone will be priced at Rs 43,000 in the Indian market. The handset is also rumored to be available in a higher 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model. The leaked pricing suggests that strategically, the Xiaomi 14 CV phone will be positioned below the flagship Xiaomi 14 model, which starts at Rs 69,999 in the country.
A promotional poster for the Xiaomi 14CV model has also surfaced online, revealing that the phone will be available for sale in India on June 20. Additional offers include Rs 3,000 instant bank discount, Rs 3,000 exchange bonus, Xiaomi Easy Financing, and monthly EMI options starting at Rs 2,389.
Xiaomi 14 Civi: Specifications (Expected)
The Xiaomi 14 Civi will feature a quad-curved 1.5K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, over 68 billion colors, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, which will be paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
In terms of cameras, the rear panel of the Xiaomi 14 Civi will feature a 50-megapixel Leica Samilux lens with 25mm cinematic HDR support, a 50-megapixel Leica 50mm portrait telephoto lens with 2x zoom, and a 12-megapixel Leica ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view. And in front of the phone, a dual 32 megapixel camera can be seen for selfies and video chats.
For power backup, the Xiaomi 14 Civi handset will come with a large 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Also, it will offer Dolby Atmos, stereo speakers, IP68 (IP68) dust and water resistant rated chassis. This Xiaomi phone will run on HyperOS custom skin and will be available in color options like green, black and blue.
