The company has already confirmed that the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. According to the Geekbench listing, this octa-core chipset has four cores running at 1.8 GHz, three cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and a prime core with a maximum clock speed of 2.63 GHz.
The benchmark database mentions that the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will come with 12GB of RAM, but more options are likely to hit the market. It is also reported that the device will run on the latest Android 14 operating system. In terms of benchmark results, the Edge 50 Pro scored 1,097 and 3,114 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. But apart from these, the benchmarking platform does not reveal any more information about the upcoming Moto phone.
Motorola recently revealed that the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will feature a Pantone-validated curved AMOLED display. It will offer 1.5K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate and 2,000 nits peak brightness. It will also feature the world’s first Pantone-verified triple rear camera setup, housing a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The images captured by the camera will show the correct color and skin tone.
