After the price-specification, now the complete design of Redmi 12 is revealed, the camera is like iPhone

Some recent reports indicate that Redmi is going to launch their new budget range smartphone Redmi 12 very soon. Last week, the unannounced smartphone was spotted on the Xiaomi Portugal website, revealing its specifications, price and three color options. And now official renders of the Redmi 12 have surfaced with a new report, which showcases its design.

The design of Redmi 12 came forward

Official renders of the Redmi 12 shared by WinFuture reveal that it will be available in three color options – Black, White and Blue. The phone will feature a punch-hole display on the front and a triple camera unit on the back. The rear camera layout of the Redmi 12 will be similar to the camera setup found in the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series. A volume rocker and a power button will be seen on the right edge of the device, which will also have a fingerprint sensor embedded in it.

Redmi 12 Probable Specifications and Price

Redmi 12 may hit the market in July with a price tag of around 199 Euros (around Rs. 17,600). In terms of specifications, this Redmi phone will have a 6.8-inch LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, which will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

For photography, the Redmi 12 will have a triple camera unit comprising of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro/depth sensor. And an 8 megapixel front camera can be seen in front of the phone. For power backup, the Redmi 12 will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging. Besides, the phone will get other features like dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, an IR blaster, a microSD card slot, NFC, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
