Bajaj brings the updated version of the Pulsar NS200 with a lot of surprises for the youngsters

The reputation of Bajaj’s Pulsar brand as a bike has spread across India as well as abroad. This brand is highly demanded in the market for its looks and excellent performance. Starting from 125 cc to 250 cc, the Pulsar series is available in various engine capacities to suit the needs of the buyers. Bajaj Auto has released a teaser of a new model of Pulsar on Instagram, increasing the frenzy of the buyers. Which is believed to be the new version of Bajaj Pulsar NS200. In the teaser video, the company has hinted at adding major updates to the bike. Let’s take a look at what exactly might change.

Although the teaser of the upcoming motorcycle did not give a clear idea about the update, it is speculated that the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is going to get LED lights this time. New color sheets may appear as an update to the design. The semi-digital instrument cluster is likely to be replaced by a new full digital console, with the newly launched Pulsar N160 and Pulsar N150. This new cluster can be connected to mobile applications through Bluetooth connectivity available.

The left-hand switch gear houses buttons for controlling the new blackout instrument cluster. It will show gear position indicator, mobile notification alert, fuel economy, distance to empty, average fuel economy and time. Besides, there will be trip meter, odometer, speedometer and fuel gauge information.

It is assumed that there will be no change in the engine of the new generation Pulsar NS200. This bike will run on the previous 199.5 cc, liquid cooled engine. It produces 24 bhp of power at 9,750 rpm and 18.74 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. There is a six-speed gearbox to match.

Perimeter frame is used in Bajaj Pulsar NS200. Upside down front fork and rear monoshock suspension are present. Disc brakes are provided at the front and rear wheels along with dual channel ABS to handle the braking duties. Front and rear are 100/80-17 section and 130/70-17 section tubeless tires respectively.
