Asus Zenfone 8 series phone spotted with Snapdragon 888 SoC on Geekbench

Asus Zenfone 8 series phone spotted with Snapdragon 888 SoC on Geekbench. Some reports suggested that it could be the basic model of ZenFone 8 while the other sources suggested that it will be a more powerful variant of ZenFone 8 Pro. Recently, there are some information emerged about the Asus Zenfone 8 mini as well.

Asus is all set to launch the successor of the Zenfone 7 series very soon. Recently, A smartphone from the Zenfone 8 series spotted on the Geekbench listing which revealed some of its key specifications. As per the listing, The smartphone (model number Asus_1004D) will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, Adreno 660 GPU and may couple with 8GB of RAM. Coming to the Geekbench scores, The smartphone is managed to score 1124 points on the single-core test and 3669 points on the multi-core test.


As earlier mentioned, Some previous reports also suggested that Asus might also launch the Asus Zenfone 8 mini as a third device in its upcoming flagship series. Further, The Zenfone 8 mini is expected to feature a 5.9 inches Samsung OLED Full HD+ (2400 × 1080 pixels) resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset and may equip with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor. Some rumours suggested that it will be introduced as an Android alternative to the Apple iPhone 12 Mini.
