IQoo 7 announced with Snapdragon 888 SoC and triple rear camera setup: Price, Specification

IQoo 7 has been announced with Snapdragon 888 SoC and triple rear camera setup in China. It is the successor of IQoo 5 which was launched back in October in China. IQoo 7 runs on Origin OS on top of Android 11 out of the box and comes in Black, Latent Blue, and Legendary Edition color options. There is also a special edition model that carries three color stripes at the back. 

IQoo 7 Specification

IQoo 7 features a 6.62-inches 20:9 AMOLED full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) resolution display with 120Hz fast refresh rate, 91.4 percent screen-to-body ratio,  HDR10+ support, and a hole-punch cutout at the top center. Under the hood, The smartphone has an octa-core Snapdragon 888 SoC, Adreno 660 GPU, and coupled with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM + UFS 3.1 storage. In terms of camera, It is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel (primary) camera with an f/1.79 aperture+ 13-megapixel (ultra-wide-angle) lens with an aperture of f/2.2, and a 13-megapixel portrait sensor with an f/2.46 aperture. On the front, there is a 16-Megapixel selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0.

The device packs a two 2,000mAh dual-cell battery and supports 120W fast charging technology. In terms of connectivity, iQoo 7 comes with 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device measures 162.2×75.8×8.7mm and weighs 209.5 grams.

IQoo 7 Price

The base variant of iQoo 7 is priced at CNY 3,798 (around Rs.43,100) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage whereas the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant carries a price tag of CNY 4,198 (around Rs.47,600). The first sale of the device is going to be live on January 15 in China. However, there is no information about its international availability.
