Hero MotoCorp has officially launched its Xtreme 200S 4V variant in the Indian full-faired motorcycle market. The price has been kept at Rs 1.42 lakh (ex-showroom). It is the sporty full-faired version of the standard model Xtreme 200S. Its competition in the market is Bajaj Pulsar 220F. So who is the best among the two bikes? The Xtreme 200S 4V is powered by a 199.6 cc, single cylinder, oil cooled, four valve engine. It produces 18.9 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 17.35 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Bajaj Pulsar 220F on the other hand is powered by a 220 cc, single cylinder, oil cooled, two-valve engine. It produces 20.11 bhp of power at 8,500 rpm and 18.55 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. It also has a 5-speed gearbox. In terms of power Pulsar 220F is ahead of Xtreme 200S 4V.
