Commenting on the inauguration of the new experience zone, Kapil Selke, founder and chief executive officer of Torque Motors said, “This new experience center is a major milestone in our rapid expansion of our company’s network in Rajasthan. Based on the Rajasthan Electric Vehicle Policy (REVP), we are hopeful that our business will expand further in the coming days.”
Last year Torque Motors launched their flagship electric motorcycle Kratos-R. And this year Kratos-R debuts a new look with several significant changes over the standard version. This electric bike is completely black in color with an electric motor and a battery pack and fast charging port. All in all the style is quite impressive.
Tork Kratos-R: Battery, Motor and Range
A look at the specifications of the Kratos-R reveals that it provides all the propulsion power from a 9 kW electric motor capable of producing a maximum torque of 38 Nm. It comes with a 4 kWh lithium ion battery pack. It can run up to 180 km on a full charge. A normal charger can be fully charged in four to five hours, but a fast charger can charge up to 80 percent in just one hour. Its top speed is 105 km/h.

Built on a strong trellis frame, the Kratos-R bike is available in a total of five colors. It also has four riding modes – Eco, City, Sports and Reverse. Notable features include digital instrument cluster, regenerative braking system, mobile application integration, navigation system, USB charging, anti theft system, geo fencing and use of LED lights throughout. The bike uses 17-inch wheels and disc brakes on both sides. Suspension duties are handled by hydraulic telescopic forks at the front and monoshock absorbers at the rear.

Tork Kratos-R has an ex-showroom price of Tk 1.77 lakh. Torque has joined hands with various financial institutions of this country for the convenience of customers. You can get the key of Kratos-R by paying a minimum monthly installment of 2999 rupees. In addition, the manufacturer provides a warranty of up to three years on the entire bike and battery.
