Vodafone Idea has increased its advertising spend
Vodafone Idea, Jio and Airtel have also increased spending on advertising to attract customers. The company is said to have spent around 8.4 percent of their revenue on advertising in the financial year 2023-24. On the other hand, if we talk about Jio and Airtel, they spent only 3 and 4 percent on advertising.
5G plans will be cheaper
Vi CEO Akshay Mundra recently hinted that Vi's 5G plans will be cheaper and more affordable than other companies. The final decision will be taken at the time of 5G service launch. According to reports, Vi's 5G plans can be up to 15% cheaper than other companies. Vi officials said, 'We are fully prepared to launch 5G services and are committed to offer customers the best network connectivity.'
