Vivo Y50t was revealed in China as the new budget offering. Vivo has unveiled numerous phones with 5G connectivity in recent months and it’s been a time when we heard about a Snapdragon 720G powered device that houses in the newly launched Y50t. The device comes with a waterdrop notch display, a big battery, fast charging, a 48MP triple rear camera, and more.

Vivo Y50t features a 6.58 inches IPS LCD display with Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2340 pixels ) resolution, 90.72 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 1500:1 contrast ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a Snapdragon 720G octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Adreno 618 GPU. It is accompanied by 8GB of RAM with 4GB extendable RAM support and 128GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot.
In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, the phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top left corner. The device is running on Android 10 with Origin OS skin on top.
The smartphone is packed with a 4500mah battery and supports 18W fast charging. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G VoLTE, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Vivo Y50t comes in a solo configuration of 8GB + 128GB priced at 1,399 yuan ( Rs. 16,300 approx ) and the company offered the phone in two color options namely blue and black. The exact date is not known when the device will go for sale in China but it is listed on the company’s official website in the country.
