2023 Triumph Street Triple 765 RS and Street Triple 765 R Details

2023 Triumph Street Triple 765: Design, Color Scheme

The updated model comes with a much sharper design than the two predecessors. The twin pod LED headlamp unit with LED DRLs is modeled after the larger version Street Triple 1200 RS. The body work of both the motorcycles is currently quite aggressive. The accompanying large 15 liter fuel tank, wide swingarms on both sides and radiator cowl are able to harmonize with the overall design. The Street Triple RS is distinguishable from the others courtesy of its body-colored belly pan, pillion seat cowl cover and lower-mounted chain guard.

The Street Triple R model will be available in Silver Ice and Crystal White colors. And on the other hand, the Street Triple RS is available in three colors – Silver Ice, Carnival Red and Cosmic Yellow.

2023 Triumph Street Triple 765: Engine Performance

Both the 2023 Triumph Street Triple series bikes are powered by a 765 cc three cylinder, liquid cooled engine. The engine in the Street Triple R model produces a maximum power of 118.4 bhp at 11,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 80 Nm at 9,500 rpm. The number of gears in the transmission system accompanying the engine is 6. Slipper clutch with bi-directional quick shifter is available. On the other hand, the engine fitted in the Street Triple RS generates a maximum power of 128.2 bhp at 12,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 80 Nm at 9,500 rpm.

2023 Triumph Street Triple 765: Notable Features

The update adds several new electronics features to the Triumph Street Triple RS for rider convenience. These include Cornering ABS, Lean Sensitive Traction Control, Linked Braking System, Wheelie Control and five riding modes – Road, Rain, Sport, Truck and Rider. The street triple and the bike are not far behind. It has four different riding modes including a personal mode. Moreover, while this model has a TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity, the R model has an LCD display available. Along with this, lap timer and cruise control are provided.

2023 Triumph Street Triple 765: Braking System and Suspension

A 41mm wide USD Big Piston fork (Showa) handles the suspension duties on the 2023 Triumph Street Triple RS. At the rear is an Ohlins STX40 piggyback reservoir monoshock absorber. As a braking system, 310 mm floating disc with Brembo Stalima’s four piston radial monobloc caliper is installed at the front. A 220 km single disc is available at the rear wheel.

A look at the Triumph Street Triple R shows that the bike gets a 41mm separate function fork from Showa at the front and a monoshock absorber from the same company at the rear. The braking system is quite simple compared to the previous model. 310mm discs with Brembo four-piston radial calipers are available at the front and 220mm discs at the rear.
