Iconic British bike maker Triumph launched the Scrambler 400X in India last year in partnership with Bajaj. In the new year, they came up with another great motorcycle for the country’s market. Named Triumph Scrambler 1200X. As the name suggests, it is a high-performance scrambler bike, priced at Rs 11.83 lakh (ex-showroom).
Triumph Scrambler 1200X Details
Triumph Scrambler 1200X has a seat height of 820 mm from the ground. Additionally, the seat height can be reduced up to 795 mm using accessories. So people with short height can easily ride it. Suspension duties are handled by preload adjustability rear Marzocchi monoshock. Comes with Nissin calipers.
The Triumph Scrambler 1200X features a 1200 cc parallel twin, liquid cooled engine to make the company’s 1200 Scrambler more powerful. It will produce a maximum power of 88.7 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. For long rides including off-roading, the Triumph Scrambler 1200X has 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels.
The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 15 liters and the body weight is 228 kg. Notable features include LCD and TFT composite digital console, five riding modes, cornering dual channel ABS and traction control system.
