After the launch of Special Racing Edition of Raider and Apache RTR 200 4V motorcycles, TVS has come up with the golden green color variant of Apache RTR 160 4V racing bike. But not India or any country in Asia, the company launched the new version of Apache in the interior of Colombia market in the South American continent. As the name suggests, the bike comes in a mix of green with golden color.
TVS Apache RTR 160 4V has been launched in Golden Green version
Apache RTR 160 4V gets golden green paint theme on front fender, headlight cowl, fuel tank and engine cowl. Again the rear panel is finished in black. This variant gets a wind screen, hand guard and engine crash guard as additional equipment.

The Apache RTR 160 4V with a new paint theme gets the same single pod headlights, muscular fuel tank, step up seat, and pillion grabrails as the standard model. Incidentally, the new color option of the motorcycle also retains the same design.
The bike is powered by a 159.7 cc, single cylinder, air/oil cooled engine with carburettor system as standard model. Mated to a 5-speed gearbox, the motor produces 16.2 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 14.8 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
Hardware wise, the Golden Green version of the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V features telescopic front forks, rear monoshock, a 270 mm single disc with two piston calipers, and a 200 mm single rotor with single piston calipers. However, it is not known when the Golden Green model might be launched in India.
