TVS unveiled the updated version of the Ronin motorcycle at the Auto Expo. This bike will be launched very soon as a replacement of the current model. The new TVS Ronin has received multiple styling updates based on feedback from the market.
Updated version of TVS Ronin has been released
The TVS Ronin was initially introduced as a cruiser. But with new upgrades it has become an urban street bike. Most of the changes are noticed at the rear of the bike. The seat is smaller now Also, the rear mudguard has been slimmed down and shortened. TVS says that the engine area offers a much cleaner design.
The headlamp unit of the TVS Ronin bike is also said to be new. However, there is no upgrade in terms of performance. As before, the bike will run on 225 cc air-oil cooled engine. It will produce 20.2 horsepower and 19.93 Nm of torque. The only change is that the engine has been updated to comply with OBD-2 emission regulations.
The exact date when the new TVS Ronin will be launched in the Indian market is yet to be officially announced. But the official launch is expected by March. The bike will come in multiple variants. Prices may increase slightly due to new updates. It may be noted that currently the price of Ronin motorcycle starts from Tk 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom).
