The mountains and forests do not accept anything, new bikes are coming to go all over the world

After the Duke and RC range, KTM is targeting the adventure segment. So the company has started to bring a new version of the ideal 390 Adventure bike for off-roading and touring. This is the second time the motorcycle has been tested on camera in India. Expectedly, the new generation KTM 390 ADV will make its debut at the Milan Motorcycle Show this year and will be launched in the market in early 2025.

The testing model features sharper lines and styling than before. The front design is completely new. For the low beam it has seen a vertically stacked setup with LED projector headlamps. Again, an LED lamp will perform the duty of high beam. The LED DRL strip is very horse shaped. There is a long upright windscreen to reduce the effect of wind on the driver’s face.

The new model of the KTM 390 Adventure uses the TFT screen taken from the 390 Duke. The underslung exhaust and tail section make it look a lot like a Dakar rally bike. The bike is based on trellis frame with new sub frame. A new swing arm has also been spotted.

As hardware, the upcoming bike features USD front fork and rear monoshock suspension. The model seen in December last year had 21-inch front and 19-inch rear wire spoke wheels. But this year’s model features 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels.

The new KTM 390 Adventure features the same 399 cc liquid cooled engine as before. It will produce a maximum of 44.25 BHP and 39 Nm of torque. It will get 6-speed gearbox, slipper clutch and bi-directional quick shifter. KTM currently sells the top spec model of the bike for Rs 3.6 lakh (ex-showroom). The price of the upcoming 2025 model may increase slightly.
