Hero Mavrick 440 was grandly launched in the Indian market in February 2024. It is the most powerful and expensive bike of Hero MotoCorp. This flagship model of the company is based on the Harley-Davidson X440. Hero has announced today that the delivery of the Mavrick 440 will start from April 15.
Hero Mavrick 440 is offered in three variants – Base, Mid and Top. They are priced at Rs 1.99 lakh, Rs 2.14 lakh and Rs 2.24 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. Booking of the bike is going on. It can only be purchased from Hero’s Premia dealerships. Those who booked it before March 15, got accessories and merchandise worth Rs 10,000.
Hero Mavrick 440 is basically a roadster bike. It has a muscular fuel tank and a coexistence of modern and retro elements. It has metal shroud and fenders. Notable features include LED, digital speedometer, which offers negative display and Bluetooth connectivity.
Hero Mavrick 440 – Engine and Gearbox
The Mavrick 440 is powered by the Harley-Davidson X440 engine. It produces a maximum power of 27 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 36 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The torque produced by X440 is more than 2 Nm. This bike is suitable for city and highway riding. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gear with slip and assist clutch.
Hero Mavrick 440 – Hardware
The Hero Mavrick 440 will ride on a steel trellis frame. It has 43mm telescopic front fork and 7-step adjustable twin rear shock. 130mm travel in both directions. Braking duties are handled by 320mm front and 240mm rear disc brakes with dual channel ABS.
