Tecno Camon 16 series has been revealed by the smartphone manufacturer as its latest offering. The Camon 6 lineup includes three phones – the Tecno Camon 16, Camon 16 Pro, and Camon 16 Premier. The Specifionly cations of the Camon 16 Premier were unveiled during the launch event; however, no information was shared about the other two tecno phones.

Tecno Camon 16 Premier features a 6.9-inch full-HD+ LCD display with a capsule-shaped punch-hole cutout on the top left corner of the screen. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G90T octa-core chipset and the phone runs on Android 10. The phone is packed with a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
In terms of Camera, the smartphone has a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and 2-megapixel low-light sensor with Quad-LED flash. The phone has a dual front camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary lens and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. The phone is also equipped with an adjustable dual front flash.
For Connectivity, the phone includes a Bluetooth v5, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, and more. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on board. The 128GB internal storage is further expandable using a microSD slot (up to 512GB).

The Tecno Camon 16 Premier has a single 8GB + 128GB storage model and priced at KES28,499 ( Rs. 19,300 ) in Kenya. The phone comes in a Glacial Silver color option and it is available for purchase in the country via Jumia.co.ke official store. As part of the introductory offer, Tecno is bundling free H2 HiPods TWS with the smartphone.
